I ♥ Squadron 10:30 PM

Was running along ECP, then a sharp pain pull me down to a halt. There it was, my knee. I still tried to continue on running, till half way, i had to sit down, and there comes my knee, such sharp pain, felt like it's going to dislocate anytime soon.

Then when I sat down after training, I realised, my knee has became so swollen. My trainer banned me from sports commitment, till I recover. Sports injury may take months, perhaps years. Sigh, I have to cancel all my marathons, but I pray I can join the 100K walk this year.

I ♥ Squadron 11:59 PM

That heavysleeper was late,and I didn't went for my first pract 4. So Squadron and I headed for YTF breakfast nearby Kembangan. The YTF was a disappointment, tho the shop speacial's dish was YTF. Home, and changed. Met Sheera and went around TOne to look for artsy materials for card making. Sat at TM SB, and Sheera starts sketching Fid's face. Constrain by time, we pledge to meet again. All the way to Cineleisure for Hannah Montana. The movie is a must-watch. Given that Squadron is not a fan of Hannah Montana, he rated the movie 4popcorns of 5.

Such a lazy Saturday
