I've been sick for the past one week, does that make me victim of H1N1?
Oh well, but I still now have to start pulling up socks and tie my laces back together. It's been about a whole month since I start tracking my progress, I think I drop back zero since my last marathon.
Firstly, I think I need to get performance socks, and soon another NB running shoes.
When active, feet produce 4 to 6 ounces of perspiration a day, no wonder my feet stinks.
And I pray that I recover from runner's knee. Should I engage a PT? Maybe Dol can help.
