From home,
Squadron fetched me to
SubUrban. The run it's today. Just a mere
5km, but it felt like I was running for 42km, or even an 84km.

All geared up, with no breakfast we started running together with hundred over runners along
Sengkang East Drive and
Punggol. It's been long since I jogged in the day. I prefer night training, the wind, atmosphere is much clam and soothing. It was a rough start, as I didn't have my
iPod as my companion. But
Squadron was there, so it compensate. A full 5km, non-stop running within
45:30. A lil slow, but I'm proud of my latest personal achivement. I'm progressing back to my fitness state (= I miss those times, where chasing each other was
Squadron's and my favourite game.

Joined in the fair, tried archery. Had chicken wings, then we head to
Bedok Sports Complex for a fresh bath and change. To
Siglap for a moment, then back to
City Plaza for a foot massage.

Such painful experience, but a worthy gain. Hehehe and the lady sure knows my physical complications. The permanent damage from Judo.
It was my first, and great experience. Even Squadron couldn't stand the pain.


Head to Kallang for some rest. Speed up to PS, shopped a lil, got my very own dumbells.

Watched Coming Soon. Pretty freaky, but the story does not exactly was scary. A coincidentally, the cinema they showcast was cinema 3, the same cinema I was sitted in. Hehehe
Headed back, full shag. But still, we're glad we completed the run. More training, time to get it serious. Squadron will permit me for 21km, if he sees more progress (=
