Squadron has never fail to always test my endurance and physical fitness. After long of unhealthy lifestyle, finally I'm hitting the gym back again. Cardiovascular plus weight loss, dumbells after dumbells, steps after steps and finally the track and the DB machine. My body's aching all over!
Nevertheless, after soo much burnout calories, we had heavy supper. Hehehe chicken rice, fish and chips, chicken wings, cheese fries and ice milo with 2 scoops of ice cream each.
No wonder we maintain the weight no matter how intensive training we had. Hehehe
But then again, end of the day,
Squadron will say,
"It's the time I spent with you doing things we do best that is what matters most to me. Not how much calories you burnt, but how much things you gain."
