VIPs are the most irritating bunch of kiddos over at the company i'm helpdesk-ing for. Wahh, they sometimes even twist stories to make it sound pretty bad. I was a careless at work today, a pending case for the VIP was accidentally changed to closed. And a survey form plus notification was sent out to the respective user of that reported case.
VIPs really think that they are soo big. That's what I heard from colleagues. For a moment I thot I was going to be in hot soup, my my sweet leader told me, as long as the issue's being attended to, sometimes, just ignore their complaints.
But really, employees of that company is really sooo pampered! Arghh..!
